THE HERINGER FAMILY

Hello all! This week was Cyndi’s Birthday, yes I remembered, she got the best birthday of all, but not from me or the kids. On Monday Aug 6, she received an e-mail from her Aunt Cindy. The news was that they had been looking for her and found her on our web site. It seems that they had been looking for her frequently during the last 20 years, but Sunday night was different. Her brother had used her given name last Sunday night when he made a hit on our family website.

She called the phone number hoping it was true and then she got an e-mail from her sister. Outside of the joy of finding them it was to late for her father, he passed away this last Jan.

She was able to get some questions answered about what happen before and after her birth. She has been afraid of finding out that the man in the pictures was not the same man as the one on her birth certificate. It turned out that the man in the pictures was indeed her father. We sent an e-mail copy of the picture to her sister and brother, it verified that it was the same person. They send a picture of him later in life, it was her father. It also seems that she has some facial similarities to her sisters.

So, we have answers to prayers that have been made a long time ago. We have indeed learned that God does indeed answer prayer, but not necessarily in the time that we want the answers. We like our answers right now and God may wait a few years.
